Compact, dark-green leaves with a centre that is incredibly strong, crisp and crunchy. Extraordinarily sweet and ideal for small salads! Sow indoors in trays from March to April before planting out. Sow outdoors in even rows from April to July. Small sowings made every three weeks during the summer should ensure a continuous supply. Harvest from May to September. Eat minutes after picking for the best flavour!
