Suttons Leek Musselburgh is a hardy winter variety with thick white stems. It has a milder flavour than onions and can be substituted in many dishes.

 

For best results sow from March to April into a seedbed with a finely raked, moist warm soil. From sowing to cropping takes 35-45 weeks.
