This beautiful perennial shrub produces green/grey tasty, aromatic leaves. Each packet contains 90 seeds. A delicious addition to any meal, sage works best with pork, duck, and goose, and is excellent with onions, fish, cheese, and liver. An excellent way to add interesting tastes and flavours to all dishes, be it herb vinegar, bread, or tisanes. Dry for use in the winter by gathering them in the sunshine when flowers are just opening. Then hang them upside-down in a well-ventilated space or spread them in a cool oven. Once dry, rub and store in an airtight container.
Sow in early spring from February for harvest in May-Oct.
